Jody contracted to lay our floor by the end of November 2014. That part of the job was finally completed in February 2015. Sadly the job hasn't been completed as of the end of April 2015. Jody's view is that he's a great tradesman, who has been dogged by difficult circumstances and all the people who've let him down. He did concede on one occasion that we might have reason not to be overjoyed at his performance, but that moment passed quickly. My view is that Jody takes on more work than he can realistically do, is chronically disorganized, and spends a great deal of his time making up excuses. I checked on the BIG excuse about the really BIG shambles concerning our floor levelling, and got a very different story to the one Jody wanted us to believe. Jody says he 'belives (sic) that a satisfied Customer is the ultimate form of advertising.' That might well be, but he seems not to have noticed that you need a satisfied customer to begin with. I'm definitely not one, and this is the only review of his work I've come across. Draw your own conclusions.
