Your home will be inspected by a Building Professional. With knowledge and experience gained over many years dealing with residential and commercial building problems and licenced by the Queensland Building Construction Commission to complete pre-purchase building inspections.
Our inspector has also undertaken extensive and rigorous training in timber pest management and is licenced by the QBCC to undertake and complete pre-purchase timber pest inspections (including the destructive termites).
Our inspector is also licenced to complete pool safety inspections, including the issuing of Government safety certificates.
Our Company, was formed in 2002 and has had many years of experience. We fully comply with all Government and ‘Australian Standards’ inspection requirements, we are fully insured and licenced by the QBCC to complete pre-purchase Building Inspections, Timber Pest Inspections and Pool Safety Inspections.
