Glenn has 20+ years experience in ceramic design & teaching, specialising in table ware, working with leading Australian chefs, cooks, food stylists & photographers, food media, home cooks & designers. You’ll find GTH plates in the kitchens of leading Australian chefs (Andrew McConnell, Guy Grossi, Philippa Sibley, Colin Fassnidge, Sean Donovan, Jake Nicolson, Troy Rhoades-Brown, Ian Curley, Matt Moran, Luke Mangan, Philippe Mouchel to name a few) as well as in some bistros, pubs & cafes. GTH plates are being enjoyed overseas - at Jaan restaurant in Singapore for example.
