First National (Real Equity) Chipping Norton managed my property in Chipping Norton for five years and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Anthony is an arrogant man whose responses are “you’ve got insurance don’t you?”, “just claim it on insurance as it is just wear and tear and we can’t get the tenant to pay”.
After five years with the same tenant we have to repaint the whole unit as the walls are black, we have finger marks along the roof. The oven was never cleaned or the range hood, keys were lost and all Anthony could say is the tenant refused to clean it, it’s clean enough, just clean it yourself and claim on insurance.
This company treats you like the tenant is the one paying them and the land lord is the nuisance. I know of two other units in the same complex which have had even worse problems.
Under no circumstances should anyone even contemplate renting out their property with this company as it will cost them money in the long run.
