All furniture in Fanuli is beautiful, don't get me wrong. They are either sourced from Italy or designed and Australian made. The service prior to purchase is impeccable and personal. However don't expect service once you have placed your order.
We easily spent more than $10,000 ($6,500 for dining table and $9,000 for 5 dining chairs) on our Fanuli dining suite alone, this excludes 2 lamps nearly $1000 each) and placed that order in August 2012. However first week of December, we received a mass email that Christmas orders were possible for delivery before Christmas....at this stage we didn't even hear a boo regarding our furniture delivery 5 months later. I wrote back to the main email contact which was one of the Fanuli family, and also the sales person in-charge of our order. I mentioned our disappointment in lack of customer service - however no reply from the boss. In such a high-end furniture industry, you would expect the sales staff to fall over for their customers. I learnt it's all over once you place your order.
Furniture is beautiful if you're prepared to pay an arm and a leg. Good luck with the after sales! I definitely will share my experience and disappointment with all my friends, colleagues and family not to patronise their store, ever.
