Company description
The Fun in ‘Function’.
As an Exercise Physiologist a lot of my work involves helping clients to build a greater understanding of functional movement as it applies to their current ability and needs, so that they can live a fulfilling life, doing the things that they want to do!
I am incredibly passionate about helping people to achieve more freedom and independence through movement and thoroughly believe that applying a functional perspective to my exercise prescription can make all the difference. Function supports health and lays the foundation to long term success of progressive exercise techniques and skill development.
Empowering clients with the knowledge, skills and support to achieve their goals is very rewarding; the treatment plan really can be life changing. Seeing the light bulb go on in someone’s eyes, the realization that change is possible and the smile that follows, is so much FUNction.
Erica is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who specializes in working with men, women and children to optimize their physical function.
