Kate is a mobile Massage Therapist, trained primarily as a remedial massage therapist and specialising in Pregnancy Massage. She is based in the Blue Moutains area. She loves the uniquness and complexity of the human body and the way it responds to massage. She has 2 children of her own and a good basis for understanding the effects that the different stages of pregnancy can have on the body and how massage can help. She also draws on her own experience of how stress can effect the body and how massage can restore balance and energy and help you live life to the fullest.
