My main therapeutic method is what’s called Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT is the most common and the most scientifically supported form of therapy practiced among Western psychologists today, and consists primarily of modifying the ways you think and act.
My aim is to provide a time and a space for you to confront and resolve your issues, and an evidence-based technology with which to do it. Beyond resolving issues, I hope to inspire you to go after a life that really excites you, an authentic and meaningful life, not just a safe or successful one.
My role with you will often be that of the listener, but equally the teacher, the drill sergeant, the interrogator, or simply the travel companion—whatever you need in order to heal
