I found Dr Jennifer Ng to be excellent at reading notes but fails to listen to the actual patient. She has a closed mind, shows no interest in hearing about current symptoms and is rudely defensive to the point of being aggressive when discussing new or uncommon illnesses. I feel she is behind the times.
