The Discreetly Fit Course was created by Katalin Janssens Hungarian Physiotherapist in collaboration with Mary O’Dwyer Australian Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. The course is 4.5 hours long and can be completed online or in Sydney. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
