In our busy world today, many of us struggle to cope with the food focussed environment in which we live. We feel stressed about food, anxious about eating and tired of the endless cycle of restrictive eating followed by weight gain. I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian, I promote healthy eating but I also believe adopting the principles of mindful eating is a better way to manage our eating habits and when we do, our weight management simply falls into place. No amount of nutrition knowledge will change eating behaviour. It is our behaviour around food that needs to change in order to achieve long-lasting results. I am a facilitator for the world renowned Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Program – Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat and passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food. I offer day, evening or online courses to fit in with your busy schedules.
