It is presently managed by Company Director and Registered Builder, Robert De Francesch, who joined the company after graduating from the WA Institute of Technology (now Curtin University) in 1984.
De Francesch Builders specialise in all forms of commercial construction, including offices, industrial, retail and educational property, and both new and refurbishment projects. Project costs between $100,000 and $10,000,000 are undertaken. The company will also undertake the construction of luxury homes, at project values between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, for selected clients.
De Francesch Builders can cost projects either by tender process, or by negotiated contract. The company can also provide a “design and construct” service, drawing on its extensive experience to devise practical and cost-effective designs and solutions.
