D& M Bowden Constructions have just come on as a new David Reid Homes Franchisee and now have launched their new franchisee David Reid Homes Goulburn Valley/ Southern Riverina and will continue to deliver new home buyers with a complete range of designs to suit every market.
“The David Reid range of award-winning homes includes first home buyer designs right through to luxury two storey houses”. Mr Darrell Bowden said.
“By taking on a David Reid franchise we can continue to offer the service and commitment from a local builder, but tap into the systems, marketing support and buying power of a major national builder”.

Darrell works in the business who is also a director and oversees the supervision of all the homes under construction. The quality and finish shown in his homes will reflect in all homes built by David Reid Homes Goulburn Valley/Southern Riverina” Darrell said.
“By taking a very family orientated approach to business we have stressed the importance of listening to our clients, meeting regularly with them during construction and sorting out any problems immediately,” Darrell said.
“We have been building in the Goulburn Valley/Southern Riverina and surrounding areas for a some time now and have established strong relationships with the area’s best trades-people and suppliers.
“This ensures we deliver the highest standard of finish possible on time and within budget,” Darrell said.
