Corey did not honour his written commitment for our roof. Failed to restore roof valley by not cleaning/removing cement and debris. Overlooked replacement of flashings which are splitting and painted over 12 broken and cracked tiles. His quote included rebedding and pointing, but just pointed over bad areas without rebedding. Did not drill out weep holes in ridge bedding as required by building legislation. His quote was $2900 which we paid an additional $1500 to licenced tiler to rectify this and Corey refuses to repaint the replacement tiles and reworked areas. Totally ripped off for grossly inferior work.
