We teach Pilates one on one, for the body in front of us, giving every client the attention they need to create change in how they move, function and feel. We house every piece of Pilates apparatus that Joe Pilates invented, not just the reformer or the mat. It supports your body while strengthening weak areas and stretching tight areas, bringing your body into balance. Established in 2012, we were the first Classical Pilates Studio in Perth and are the teacher training studio for Romana’s Pilates. Our teachers are the most experienced classically trained Instructors in WA.
