Dear Sir/ Madam, Can someone please direct me as to where and who I can make a complaint to in relation to unresponsive treatment I received from one of the dealership? I bought the car brand new and there is a minor defect in the interior of the car. Dealer promised to look into fixing the matter and yet 2 months later they're are very unresponsive. I hate to go through the Fair trading such matter that can be easily resolved. This is bad for JEEP if the matter is continued to be buried.

I cannot really write how I feel due to the amount of swear words I would need about the staff that Chrysler employs. and Grand Cherokee that gets stuck in the gutter before I can even get to a track ,its a AWD don't know how they can advertise this as a 4x4 what a joke.2 new diffs ,4 new shocks 1 new fuel tank ,40 e-mails and still no one will talk to me ,customer service you should close it down they do nothing , state manager should be taught how to return phone calls talk about rude,anyway if anybody at head office actually reads these reviews take a look at case number 306605 makes good reading about why we get frustrated with jeeps.Another unhappy customer .

To Whom it may Concern. I wish to make a complaint against Chrysler Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 23 125 956 505) in regard to their Most Remote Dealership promotion/competition. The basis of this complaint is that I believe that this competition was flawed and Chrysler Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 23 125 956 505) did not do enough to ensure that the execution of this completion was fair to all contestants. Main issues of this competition that I believe need to be investigated: • Alleged release of the competition telephone number to the general public 5 hours before competition opened. • Issues with the competition “app” which did not release the competition telephone number at the correct time and in a timely manner to allow all contestants equal chance to enter the competition. The issue with the “app” allowed anyone who had the competition number when it was released hours earlier an unfair advantage. • Competition Line Overload. Chrysler Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 23 125 956 505) would have prior knowledge of the amount of contestants which has pre-entered the competition and should have had competition line facilities available appropriate to the level of expected calls to that line. When this line was contacted over 50times in the first 15minutes of the competition the line either failed (did not give an engaged signal) or gave a voice recorded message to say that the number was incorrect. But I did get through at one time for 3 sec, but was hung up on! Overall I believe Chrysler Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 23 125 956 505) should done more to allow all contestants fair and equal chance for an opportunity to win this competition.

Well where do i start?i am absoloutely discusted with the servoce we are getting currently at the Port augusta dealership. Emmanuel bros. When wefirst purchasrd the car we were so thrilled. The car to us as a family of me my husband ans our five girls thought we would never get such a luxury. The dealership was wonderful before we bought it. The day came and we picked it up we were so happy..aand it would not start at all we gad to get our brand bew car jump started as it was dead as. That was a giggle.. then three days into it tge car sremed to be using lots of fuel so wecalled them and took it the 150 k tard was when this rodiculous nightmare started. We bought the RT so we had dvd, leather trim, GPS etc..now the dvd player worked as we live a while away. From that updateo get it to them asap . They did an update when the car wad 4 days old and this was back on feb28 th or so. The day we left that yard was when this nightmare began. The dvd player no longer worked as somehow when they did the update it returnef the region of the player to united states. We realised this when we left for a weekend away on the 2nd of march. I called them strait away and they said it would just be a region code to put in. Cool we will put up with it over the weekend and take it in on tuesday 6th march. I did this, left the car there, put my kids and a newborn in their loan car and went to give them the keys when i was told i would have to pay a 40 dollar fee for the loan car. I refused as this wad their mistake and i had drove here early from another town where we lived to get them to fix what they had done. Fair? No i had to get my carcseat, my 2 month old baby and my two other kids back out of the hire car and call my mother in law to come pick us up. I wasvfuming. If theyvtold me of the fee i would of brought money. This is at 9 am. I wad told they would only need till 12 at latest. I had to leave then as i had to return to our town in time for school finishing. At 1pm i called them and they were at lunch. At 130 i called to be told it would not be long. At 2 i rang and said i needed to get home. They said ok. When i got there i was told they werebunable to fix it. That was visit no 2. 3 days later ..because i heard nothing i called them. Bring it in tomorrow we will fix it. Got the kids up early and took it again. This time they gave me a car for the day. This was visit no 3. As i heard nothing all day again i called them at3:30. Not finished just re programming i got told. I went there at 5 and mt car was in pieces still. Thanks. Take the hire car back and come back tomorrow.great so illl drive this tiny suzuki through the flinders ranges with my kids and shopping and come back tomorrow. This is visit no 4 and over a 1000 ks i had done back and forth from my home to them. The next day i went to pick it up only to ge told it was not fixed but they had only diagnosed the problem..which is not whatvtheyvtold me earlier or the day before. I got angry then. Told them not to lie to me and make me come in and out when even i knew what diagnosis to give. We will call u in next day or so. 5 days later i called. Bring it in for visit no 5. Ok but its going to get fixed? We had a long family holiday coming up and needed that player to be working. That night a tyre blew (on a 3 week old tyre nice one) so we called dodge road side assist. When they came i was so angry. We specifically asked if the rt came with 5 mags as we had issues with our previous car with mags. Definately we were told..we were specific. When road side got out the 14 inch emergency tyre i went nuts. Yet another lie we had been told. The tyre guy didnt even fit it as the front skirt of the car would be scraping on the ground if he did so. Our car was left on jacks and he took the tyre away and said he would repair anf come back.well he did but we had to pay him. Road side only covrred the call fee..another load of crap from the dealer.so off i went to take the car in. Same shit again. Got told car would be fixed..end of day it wss still not done. Toojk my cad back. I swore at them a lot as i wss getting so sick of it. A few days later on visit 6 (1200 k) yeycagain they diagnosed it but could get no response from dodge so i took their hire car and left my csr there. 4 days later when i called them again i was told that fhey needed to replace the whole unit..this was coming from hawaii and would be a week and to come pick it up. Trip no 7. Trip no 8 when the unit arrived i left it with them only to be told the new unit didnt work and yet another waste of time. The day we were leaving for our holiday in april it had been in 9 times all up at my expense and kilometers for nothing. Now the car that we had bought to travel in did not have the feature we chose thar one for and our kids went without because of their usless ability to fix my car. I had been told by my husband to keep my cool but i was very upset. This had gone on long enough. When we got back the tue we took it back in. Surely it would be fixed now..nope on visit 10 it stayed the same. I wss so angry so we decided to leave it there for a week. They failed to rectify the problem again. This time my husband went in and tried to sort it. They gave him a different 7 seater car and we left ours there. By now they had ordered yet another replacement unit and tried to fit it. Shane went in to port on a 12th trip only to return without our own car.. all this over a dvd player...trip 13 no different and on trip 14 and after they had had our car for 3weeks it still was not fixed and no solution from chrysler. I took our car back and tried to understand. On my way home i discovered the usb port wsd no longer able to be used as it said reading error then the werkend came and i discovered the gps was not able to be used either as there was no map data available. Cool so that weekend was cancelled too . Cheers guys. Trip 15 !!!! And by now i have done about 3600k just going to and from the dealership. Calmlyi  took the car in last friday for the 16th time. He coded it and all was sweet until i got home and realised none of it worked. The extra 9 grand we spent on extras has been wasted as 7 months later we are still unable to use them. I rang them sat morn and went nuts. Enough is enough. I want a new car repkacement or all my money back including the intetest on the loan. We have a lemon, a faulty unfixable car that should of bern fixed a long time ago. 7 months, 16 visits 4 thousand ks, 1000 dollars in fuel and plenty of my time has been wasted and still there is no offer of compensation or a solution in the near future. Im sick of it and i am going to the fair trades commission plus a current affair about this. It hsd gone on long enough. I have paid 10000dollars off the car loan and in that timet there has only been 4 days where the car worked. Now i have no sat nav or music because of something the dealersip did. Im so angry. It is due for a service too so i have to taje it back yet again. Ive already talked one person out of buying from them. Its just lie after lie after screw around. It was the car of my husbands dreams. He works his ass off on an oil rig for what?? For a lemon..a dud. Chrysler and the dealersip have made me hate that car. Id rather drive a ford and i HATE fords.

The business purchased from a Chrysler dealership a second hand PT Cruiser for its looks and for transporting guests etc. The car included a manufactures warranty. The purchase happened after testing other PT Cruisers that were found to have faulty drive shafts. The car I chose had a small vibration when changing gear and it was said to be an engine mounting loose. After purchase I chose to have the car serviced at the nearest Chrysler Jeep and Dodge dealership in Ballarat. Soon after purchase the service was performed by PSMW and two warranty issues were undertaken. The drive shafts were replaced and the head was removed and a new gasket was fitted to fix an oil leak. Less than 20000K later PSMW performed a service for around $730 and returned the car stating it need to have the head removed and tested for around $1760. It implied it would cost more to refit once the test result was known. I was not happy to have my car serviced and PSMW leave the head still leaking oil. It was said there was no warranty as it expired between services. That response was not satisfactory, therefore Chrysler was contacted but did not want to help. PSMW would not repair the work it had previously performed under warranty. I was recommended to go elsewhere for repairs by others. I got a quote and forwarded it onto PSMW and it still refused to help. I need the use of the car and got the repair done and paid for it then sent the bill to PSMW. It refused to reimburse the bill. The matter ended up in court. The ruling by the court was that the warranty was continuous because the fault had existed before the warranty had run out. Chrysler tried to use the age of the car and lack of care as the cause, but that was not the case. The car had low K's and the cause was in all probability the same problem that had been found less than 20000 k earlier and not rectified or reoccured. Chrysler supplied parts or did not replace faulty parts that in all probability was the cause. Chrysler was ordered to pay 60 % of the costs as it was considered the repairs by the other party was excessive. However it was found that PSMW had overcharged it service. The price Chrysler and PSMW say a head gasket replacement was worth is no more than $1400. If any one has paid a dealer more than that price to have a PT Cruiser Head gasket replaced, you have paid too much according to Chrysler and PSMW The payment had not been received within 21 days of the order. This demonstrate a complete lack of customer care. Customers pay for the warranty in the purchase price. I give Chrysler one star because I have to. The car its self is fine once it has been fixed. Chrysler is now Fiat Chrysler Group in Port Melbourne

l have just purchased the new Chrysler 300 SRT 2012 Model. l fell in love with the car and what it has to offer. l am a 1st time owner of a Chrysler motor vehicle, as l have always been a faithful person to the 'aussie made' car. However unfortunately they have lost their way. So why am l writing this review, well l purchased the car and within 1 week l noticed the trim on upper console was lifting (adhesive failed). l notified Bayside Chrysler Frankston (who l purchased car from) and they assured me they would get new one in. Within 2 weeks l went in to get it fitted and then was told after sitting there for 1-2hrs that it was a left hand drive component, not a right hand drive??? Well it's now been 2 months since this time and after numerous phone calls l am being told that Chrysler USA cannot find the part number for the part......so therefore can't locate it, therefore can't ship it (or something like that). Now l go to make a formal complaint to Chrysler Head Office and l can't even contact them or email them from their own website to advise my disappointment. You have a great car to offer Australia but you have to baxck it up with exceptional customer service. Unfortunately l am not seeing this. l want to show off my car however everytime someone gets in the car the only thing they see is the part that has failed.....and then ask what else is wrong with this car. Chrysler, If you love your brand....then protect it by giving me me new part so l can showcase the car and be proud of it. God knows....others may also look at buying one. You have let me down and yourselves. Regards Unhappy Customer
