I do not recommend this salon. ❌ The extension installation left me with an uncomfortable scalp where the salon implied warranties over their installations not negatively affecting a clients hair. My scalp was never assessed by the salon nor was it initially substantiated how many rows (of wefts) could be applied onto my fine hair. They simply benefited themselves as a business in applying as many as they could fit and not what was best for a client. This is in contrast to their supposed reputation. My hair was pulled out and they cut an expensive hand-tied set. I had attempted to resolve this with the salon albeit they will dismiss (and attempt to silence) you on any excuse they can muster (many on reasons they're not qualified to approach). I truly wish that I did my research and avoided this salon as the experience has damaged my hair.
