My name is Erin Kemp, I have been a practising massage therapist for 20 years, specialising in remedial massage techniques to aid rehabilitation of soft tissue injury and prevention of recurrance. I incorporate many modalities including, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, PNF stretching and trigger point therapy to achieve the best possible outcome for each individual. Lymphatic drainage is a specialised treatment to help relieve discomfort associated with excessive fuild retention and oedema.
