We are in the process of buying a new Skoda from them through the sales manager. He started off really good with service then once we paid our deposit for the factory ordered car the service stopped, it was seems like he has got his commission and doesn't care anymore. Now I have to chasing him for info as to what is happening, even when he promises to ring or contact me he never does. I wouldn't go back and buy another car from them.
