APOC - Australian Professionals of Colour is a community organisation founded in 2021 to support Professionals of Colour in Australia. We understand the unique challenges faced by coloured professionals, especially those who have migrated here or are first and second-generation migrants. Our mission is to facilitate their professional career development, promote workplace diversity and inclusion, and foster a network of like-minded individuals. By empowering Professionals of Colour to overcome systemic barriers, we strive to enable them to achieve their full potential in their respective fields. Additionally, we offer assistance to organizations in building Culturally Intelligent and Diverse Teams, promoting cultural intelligence, inclusive leadership, and cross-cultural communication for global success.
