Spearheaded by Renee McDonald and her team, AOTT provides new and innovative programs to suit your team, budget and expanding your team's creative edge in the new ways of working.
I've been a counsellor, psychotherapist and coach in the field for over 19 years.
I've worked in my private practice business where I've counselled clients and I'm a teacher, trainer and assessor and have been for nearly 15 years.
I have taught at a variety of small and large educational institutions, whilst being a wife and a mother to three children.
Over the past five years, I have worked in online education for large educational institutions. This has informed me to set up this learning site and platform. What I've learned through providing training through my other business, Butterfly Courage®, is that there's always more learning we all need to do regarding 'how to be better professionally' online.
