These guys are definately rouge traders. I have no idea why they haven't been closed down by consumer protection, as they're the gardening equivalent of a dodgy mechanic. Even a simple problem is exaggerated and you're sold parts and services that you don't need, on the premise that it'll cost you more if you don't get it done immediately.
