3.5 years ago I purchased a vehicle from Audi Sutherland, with the optional extra of 2 years Factory Extended Warranty.
After the car broke down a month ago, the service centre informs me that extended warranty was never purchased by the dealer. Honest mistake? Perhaps. The dealer today still owes me:
1. warranty policy number
2. cost of warranty related repairs
They seem excellently trained in giving excuses, delays, and not keeping promises. Any promise they made over the phone, they will refuse to put into email writing, and colour me surprised when I find the promise broken.
As far as my experience with dealerships go, these guys take the crown for lack of integrity.
