I have been cake making and decorating for well over 20 years. In that time I have made everything from wedding cakes to fairy castles.

A cake is no longer just a cake. Once upon a time the only cake that was photographed by the guests was a wedding cake. Now people strive to have something special for their occasion be it a baby shower, wedding, birthday or anniversary.
