Service is excellent. Friendly and professional staff working with the company, shop is nice too! There are lots of samples to view and check, prices are competitive as well. After I saw the end result of the items I ordered, I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company to family and friends.

I would say that this is the best window-furnishing brand in town. All of their products are in good quality, and design is so trendy and fashionable. When you visit their store, you could see a wide variety of designs on display. Their staffs too are friendly, and you’ll have a great time having a visit at their store. I had a good one, that’s why I was enticed to buy my blinds there, and now I am a happy owner of an Accent Blinds product!

Great! So, where do I start; well as usual, I had to go to their shop and maybe just have a look around. I was in search of a good curtain for my place, when I saw their display of curtains at the shop, and I was immediately impressed by it. I was more impressed when they gave me a pile of swatches, then I instantly fell in love more with the samples they handed me. I also had a talk with one of their staff and told him what I want for my curtain and he showed me designs and decided on the design I prefer for my interior. The finished product is great, and it looked more gorgeous after it was put on my windows. Now, I am looking at lovely curtains I actually purchased at Accent Blinds.

While everyone I spoke to, at a store of another brand on window furnishing, showed inappropriate, unprofessional service, Accent Blinds were the extreme opposite! They were friendly and accommodating, they showed professionalism and made me feel I was welcomed by giving interest and importance to their clients. These are services and traits every company should practice everyday. And it’s good to know there are still good services given from big companies, such as Accent Blinds. I am glad I went at Accent Blinds after the horrible experience I had at the other store.

You know what’s good about Accent? It’s not just their quality products, but also their good service. After I purchased my blinds at Accent and had it installed, a few days after, a staff from Accent Blinds called me up and asked if I was having some problems with the product and service or if I was happy with it, and of course I told her I was happy and satisfied. My visit at Accent Blinds, one day, was satisfying. The sales staff who came to attend to me, gave their very best. I appreciate that quality in service from stores, and it upsets me when stores don’t treat their customers well. What I really love Accent Blinds service is that you can have your Curtains custom made. You could choose the design or the material you want for your Curtains, or their friendly staff could help you out with what ever you want on your window furnishing. And when it is done and ready, their customer service calls for their fitter’s appointment. They come in and fit the Curtains themselves and checks if they’re in good condition. I’m so happy with my decision having it done at Accent Blinds. I never get this kind of service from other shops.
