Believing that aged care could be done better, Absolute Care & Health has created a Melbourne-wide network of home-based care professionals. We provide in-home care to older people, and to people with disabilities and mobility issues. Beyond the care we provide, Absolute Care & Health is also active in promoting home care issues, educating the community about aged care delivery, and advocating for systemic improvement in the sector.
Caring services The cornerstone of our work, however, is our day-to-day delivery of care and support to people in their own homes. Our care champions are fully trained and accredited, ensuring that we deliver the highest-quality care available today. In addition to the skills required to deliver care, we attract people with a genuine passion for care; people who are kind and compassionate.
The services we provide to people in the comfort of their own homes are: Going Home Care Transitioning back into home, transport, getting settled, medication management. Occasional Care Companionship, everyday activities, light duties, meal preparation, bathing and dressing, medication management, light exercise. Ongoing Care Qualified nursing, pain and wound management, bathing and dressing, medication management, post-operative care. Total Care Qualified nursing, complex caring, dementia support, end-of-life care.
