Yes, that is very true. Rude and unhelpful. As a tenant, he is also charging exorbitant fee for any reason like fixing light fittings and additional cleanup fee with no receipt even though the apartment is already cleaned up. So no matter what you do, you can't win with this agent who will gladly take your money.

Beware of this realtor! Simon the owner is very rude and unprofessional. He used to be an agent for my investment property and was always slow in transferring the rent into my account. He even refused to send me a summary of my rental income and now I can't do my tax return until I can get this piece of statement. Very frustrating dealing with this agent. Do not use them if you could help it!!
